What happens to the details you give us when you book a table or ask about an event.

Who we are

Aqui is run by KJS Hospitality Corp., 2nd Floor, Unit A, Building B, YMC Place, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Makati City 1232. For anything about your data, email aquitapasbar@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a table or send an event enquiry, we collect:

  • your name, mobile number and email address;
  • how you want us to confirm (Viber, WhatsApp, email or Instagram) and your Instagram handle if you choose Instagram;
  • the date, time and size of your booking or event, and your company if you add it;
  • anything you write in the notes, which can include allergies or dietary needs.

Why we use it

To receive, confirm and manage your booking or enquiry, to contact you about it, and to prepare for your visit, for example around an allergy. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree, and we never sell them.

We rely on the consent you give when you send the form. Allergy and dietary notes are used only to prepare your food safely.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Requests are stored in a Google Sheet and a Gmail inbox used by Aqui’s team, so Google processes them on our behalf, which can happen outside the Philippines. Only the staff who handle bookings and events can see them. We share them with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your visit or enquiry, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, object to their use or withdraw your consent. Email aquitapasbar@gmail.com and we will reply within 15 days. You can also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
